Introduction

TSR Crew started out in telemarketing, hence the "phone" in the TSR Crew logo. Since then, we have evolved beyond the call center, however the logo remains the same. This is because, at the end of the day, our end goal is still the same.... to make the phone ring, to bring in new leads and sales.
Upon completing multiple lead generation campaigns in the home improvement space, we were asked to setup and manage the technical side of combining both online and offline campaigns, this included digital lead generation, phone number tracking and conversion optimization. This is when our transition to INTEGRATED DIGITAL MARKETING started, and the focus shifted from call center only, towards digital marketing setups, support, integration and measurement.

We started building websites and reading server logs in 2000. It took another decade to get our technical chops up to a level to be comfortable with HTML, CSS and javascript. Along the way we had the opportunity to be involved in tech projects building web services, desktop, iOS and Android apps. Currently we focus on Bootstrap, php, python as well as resolving website configutation settings, especially those related to digital marketing integration and automation.

With more than a decade of experience with in-depth web analytics, we remember when Google Analytics was urchin.js. While you may think of us as dinasaurs, it is interesting for us to experience the progression from measurement of web traffic to measurement of audiences, segments and targeting based on ideal customer profiles....hey, this is what "experience" is all about. Moving beyond generic settups towards custom dimensions, audiences and segments has given us the historic perspective to notice the evolution, and thus the under-the-hood settings. We build, fine-tune and optimize digital marketing engines!
